(90 Second Read)

Hello, fellow coffee lovers. People come and see me everyday to help remedy their health and so often we neglect the cause.

I want to address the second most consumed substance on earth behind water. People around the world love coffee, with good cause; however, are these same people experiencing inexplicable health issues? Let's find out how, and if you are experiencing any of these symptoms, what to do about it without giving up what you love.

Here are the implications of drinking coffee that is NOT mycotoxin, mold and pesticide free.

In other words, your conventional coffee.

Chronic Exposure:

1. Exposure to low levels of mycotoxins over a long period of time can result in serious health consequences, including cancer.

-Respiratory symptoms, such as coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath

-Headaches and migraines

-Skin, irritation, rashes, and hives

-Difficulty concentrating and memory loss

-Gastrointestinal issues, such as diarrhea, cramps, and irritable bowel syndrome

-Auto immune conditions, such as hypersensitivity pneumonitis

-Kidney damage

-Fetal development effects

2. Exposure to high levels of acid over a short period of time can result in acidosis, a condition where the blood becomes too acidic, a catalyst for major disease, including cancer.

Symptoms:

-Fatigue and weakness

-Nausea and vomiting

-Headache

-Confusion and lethargy

-Rapid, deep breathing (Kussmaul respirations)

-Muscle cramps

-Increased heart rate

Fruity breath (due to ketone production)
Abdominal pain
Diarrhea
Seizures (in severe cases)

-Respiratory Acidosis:
Shortness of breath
Wheezing
Cough
Bluish lips and nails (cyanosis)

Other Possible Symptoms:

Loss of appetite, Coma (in severe cases), Seizures, and Coma.

It's important to note that some people with acidosis may not experience any symptoms. However, if you experience any of these symptoms, especially if they are severe or persistent, seek medical attention immediately as acidosis can be a life-threatening condition.

Coffee is around a 5pH which is right above Acid Rain. Yes, you read that right.... Acid Rain.

Chlorogenic acid (CGA) significantly affects the pH of coffee, as it is one of the primary acids present in coffee beans and contributes to its overall acidity; the more CGA present, the lower the pH (more acidic) the coffee will be, although the exact impact on pH can be influenced by factors like roast level and brewing method.

Dehydrated and or Headaches?

Coffee depletes our body of essential Electrolytes, Minerals and Vitamins that lead to dehydration and headaches. With the NEW Superfood Blend Adaptogen Nootropic you can replenish your body's need without compromising on taste.

The main concern regarding dehydration and chlorogenic acid often arises from consuming large amounts of coffee, which contains chlorogenic acid and caffeine, a known diuretic.

Dehydration is caused from a lack of minerals and electrolytes. Caffeine from any source, depletes minerals and electrolytes.

If you have a hypersensitivity to caffeine drink the Maka Sihu Half-Caffeinated or Decaf. It's also possible you had green coffee beans, a source of chlorogenic acid, also containing caffeine, which is a known headache trigger for some people and white granulated sugar first thing in the morning causes headaches due to the spike and crash in blood sugar levels.

Headaches are primarily caused from a lack of minerals and electrolytes. Caffeine from any source, depletes minerals and electrolytes.

The key is to hydrate with minerals and electrolytes with 16oz of water prior to the caffeine whether that's tea or coffee. The Maka Sihu Superfood Blendis ideal, delivering a Full dose of AMINO ACIDS, ANTIOXIDANTS, heavy metal CHELATION, daily CLEANSING, ELECTROLYTES, MINERALS, all OMEGA’S & VITAMINS, in only one small scoop!

Since sodium is responsible for intracellular hydration you can turn it up a notch by using Redmond's Real Salt with the Superfood Blend. From Utah, Redmond's is the only pink salt in the USA. The best salt to use for everything. Put a 1/2 teaspoon in a 16oz glass and a scoop of the Superfood Blendwith water prior to coffee consumption.

Even if you don't drink coffee and did that it's a game changer. Do it. Watch your hydration come back, headaches go away and energy soar.

For coffee, I recommend using a low glycemic natural sweetener as to not spike blood sugar and prevent headaches as well.

The CYP1A2 gene codes for an enzyme in the liver that breaks down caffeine.... slow or fast for someone. It's personal. There are tests for this readily available by various source that you can look up.

Caffeine has a half life of 5-6 hours.

Slow metabolizers are going to have a longer effect and further dehydration from loss of minerals and electrolytes.
