- Anxiety and Depression are Neuroinflammation in the neural pathways. It is stress induced and produces cortisol, which is acid forming and creates plaque in the synapse and makes it so that the Neurotransmitters like serotonin which helps regulate mood cannot fire properly. This creates an imbalance. You need your CB1 receptors to fire in your endocrine system (tuning fork for the body) which are attached to the brain and nervous system. Specifically, apart of the Endocannabinoid system which is the body's largest neurotransmitter network keeping us in homeostasis (natural balance like a tuning fork for the body). When the CB1 receptors fire It is called neurogenesis. It is going to chip away that plaque and establish a new connection. One way to accomplish this is with cannabinoids because the Endocannabinoid system is built specifically for stabilizing mood and behavior. ElkGroveCBD.com / MakaSihu.com are recommended. Other herbs like Ashwagandha are great too.

The brain-gut connection. A lot of the serotonin is produced in our gut. That’s why fasting is good because it helps reset our gut microbiome/flora gastrointestinal system; furthermore, focusing on prebiotics and probiotics will help tremendously. Outside of that, the CB2 receptors (apart of the Endocannabinoid system which is the body's largest neurotransmitter network keeping us in homeostasis) are attached to the gastrointestinal and immune system; therefore, the cannabinoids will help tremendously. The Maka Sihu Adaptogen Nootropic Digestion Blend for Gastrointestinal Support will help course correct this brain-gut connection with no overlap in ingredients. The Maka Sihu Adaptogen Nootropic Superfood Blend is a top recommendation for this as well. Adaptogens help our body deal with stress. Nootropics are cognitive enhancers. Plants, Berries, Roots, Functional Mushrooms, Vitamins and Minerals are all Adaptogens and Nootropics. ElkGroveCBD.com / MakaSihu.com are recommended. These blends contain zero cannabinoids.

Life is the study of attention. Whatever we focus on grows. What we neglect dies. If we affirm by saying we have anxiety or are depressed 30 times in a row or 30 times throughout the day then what you’re gonna see is a direct manifestation of that commandment. This is a natural electromagnetic law. This is the law of attraction which is energy, frequency and vibration. Thoughts are electric. Think Electroencephalogram (EEG) and feelings are magnetic. Think Toroidal Field. This magnetic field is involved in energetic communication, a direct extension from your heart to everyone and everything and it can be measured up to five miles from the heart with Toroidal Conductivity Sensors. It is involved in energetic communication and can act as a form of energetic protection. Separately, a literal tuning fork can create balance through our inherent electromagnetic field via sound healing. Thought currency is the cost of thoughts. We would not walk into a store and buy things we don’t like. If you have to lie to yourself for a week straight you need to affirm the opposite, even if you know you’re lying to yourself. Use the Law of Substitution which states we can only think one conscious thought at a time. Consciously and proactively replace a negative thought with a favorable thought. The antithesis of anxiety is calm and focused. The antithesis of depression is uplifted happiness. Affirm I Am Calm and Focused and or I Am Uplifted and Happy 30x a day or more (lie to yourself) do this for a week straight. What will happen are two things: 1. This is physiology, neurons that fire together, wire together. 2. You’ll have created a new belief system and you may realize that the old meme isn’t real because it doesn’t exist anymore.

Keeping your word with yourself. If you say that you are gonna wake up by 8 AM and you do not do it, you have just chipped away at your self-esteem, a little bit, and every time you do not keep your word with anyone else and especially yourself you diminish your self-concept and confidence and self-esteem. Low self-esteem leads to depression. You must keep your word, especially with yourself at all costs and not sin against yourself. You need to be impeccable with you word. Impeccable etymology means Without Sin. Also, when we don't keep up with our word we naturally have more anxiety and stress because subconsciously we can't handle the load as it proliferates. The more we keep our word, we stay on top of life's callings, as a result they don't pile up. Clear your mind of mental clutter.

Testosterone vs Cortisol regulation. There’s a direct correlation between testosterone and cortisol levels. Again, anxiety and depression are stress induced. Cortisol is the stress hormone. Higher levels of testosterone will help regulate the cortisol that leads to the depression. There are endocrine disruptors like phytoestrogens found naturally in certain foods and chemicals in mainstream household products, foods and beverages that disrupt your endocrine system which is the tuning fork for the body. When you're dealing with testosterone and stress, cortisol can be a key factor in contributing to low testosterone levels in men. And when your testosterone levels are low, your entire mood, bone structure, and physical well-being could be at stake. You must do compound workouts, as well as take specific herbs, like Maca root, Tongkat Ali, Fadogia Agrestis and more! Conversely, high cortisol levels can lower estrogen levels, which can lead to symptoms of hormonal imbalance. Estrogen replacement therapy can help reduce cortisol levels or taking natural, specifically formulated, hormonal balance products from ElkGroveCBD.com / MakaSihu.com can help again, as the Endocrine / Endocannabinoid system is like the tuning fork for the body.

Exercise and nature with no electronics. Leave the phone at home. Get a workout in wherever you can and then go outside anywhere without your phone and the closer to denser nature the better. We must get sunlight and avoid electronics while outside. Go out for at least 15min. The longer the better. Workout at least 15min-60min. Weight lift to lose weight. Cardio for heart health. Get into a sauna if possible and or cold plunge. Numerous benefits.

Law of association. The people, places, what we read, watch and listen to all impact our life. We are the sum average of our associations. We must not only eliminate negative associations. We must also focus on replacing that negative energy with positive energy meaning we need to read, listen, watch the right information and associate with people who are positive. The news is negative. And most things that surround us on a daily basis are negative in nature. The compound effect/slight edge philosophy is the way to create a new path. Read 10 pages a day, listen to 15min a day, work on your mind. If we had six hours to chop down a tree, we would spend the first four hours sharpening our axe. We must work on ourselves harder than anything else. Sharpen your axe.

Live in the present moment and finding purpose. When we live in the past we live with depression, when we live in the future we live with anxiety. When we live in the now, we live in peace. Living in the moment is like when you were a child and we only had to modes of thinking: in the present moment or imagination with feeling. Imagination supersedes the senses. We must imagine the conditions we wish to be surrounded in and ignore the senses. We must live from the end. Our passion + helping people = our purpose.

Meditation. One conscious breath in and out is a moment of meditation. When we tap into silence we find peace. A mind at war with itself does not know peace. If a storm is present the conditions are unclear; so to, if we drop a pebble in a pond in that storm, we will not see the ripple. We must calm the storm before we expect to see the result we’re looking for. Meditation helps us achieve the maximum achievement which is peace of mind.

Gratitude and what you did right. An attitude of gratitude can almost instantaneously change our life. If we did 100 things and 99 of them were right, and 1 was wrong in our eyes, then we are gonna focus on the one thing we did wrong, not the 99 that we did right. When we realize that we can be grateful for even the smallest things you start to count your blessings and those add up and far outweigh any negative aspects.
I wrote this for a friend in need and now I hope you've gained value from these tips and choose a path of natural remedies and holistic healing for the sake of your mental health!
